It brought enormous pleasure to hear our name called among the mere 32 parks to receive the the 2010 GuestRated “A” Award. The award is presented to RV parks which have maintained an A or better rating from their guests, having received a certain number of completed surveys. Additionally, we want to share some of the comments given to us by our guests.

I feel this “A” rating is the most significant. We are rated by several (Good Sam club, AAA, Woodalls, to name a few) but when the guests who stayed here say they were impressed and happy, there’s no finer music to my ears.

Survey … what do you camp in?
Guests Tell It Like It Is
Guests go online and fill in a survey about their stay, their site and the amenities, their travel habits, and so forth. It’s a solid survey, grading each on scale from A to F. Guests are also welcome to leave free-text comments for the park owner.
The program became a phenomenal tool for management. There is nothing like having direct input from those who are using the facilities.
