Pet Policy – Responsible Pet Owners Welcomed

We enjoy pets, but our policy must be followed by all who visit us with their 4-legged fury companions.

For the protection of our other guests, the uncontrolable wildlife (oh my, do we have rabbits), and that of your own pet, the visiting pets must be:
▸ kept on a leash (except after they’re in the dog run)
▸ kept away from the playground, mini-golf, and hot tubs
▸ cleaned up after, and droppings sealed in a bag & disposed of in our outdoor trash bins
▸ not left unattended outside.
▸ kept quiet (for the satisfaction of your neighboring campers, barking cannot be tolerated)

Leashes are required for pets at High Plains Camping

Although the pets can be walked in the large areas of fields, our dog run / pet exercise area is provided so they can get in some off-leash time.

Dog Run gives you a place to let the off of their leash

Please do your part to keep the dog run clean and, for the enjoyment of everyone, only one family of pets at a time, please.
